- Troubleshooting, support all task regarding email, hardware, software and other IT devices.
- Sets up, control the connection on Application servers with LAN, PC, wireless, Printer, Remote Branch etc.
System Admin and IT Support
- Maintain system (backup and restore file server).
- Telephone: Installation, configuration, repair & maintenance switchboard and telephone, telephone line.
- Surveillance System: Confirmation of operation, contact with supplier for repairing if system error, checking recording database when needed
- Office machine: Printer, photocopier, scanner, projector, HDVC, VC device, amplifier, speaker, fax, shredder, UPS configuration, repair & maintenance.
- Maintain system (backup and restore file server ), setup computer standard (of IT area ) for new user
- Update and maintain hardware for client and helpdesk.
- Maintain Server of site out office (141 site) and report for Dỉrector IT headquater in France.
- Becoming Project Manager in the Future.
